Dr. Thomas B. Clower, DMD

Orthodontist/Owner

Dr. Clower is well known throughout Georgia.  He is a native of south Atlanta.   He has served thousands of patients throughout his long career.  Dr. Clower is a graduate of Georgia State University, Medical College of Georgia, and Emory University.  Dr. Clower enjoys the outdoors, racing, boats, fishing, and has several other hobbies including the passion for travel.  Dr. Clower has a lovely wife and two adult children. Dr. Clower loves animals and have several pets. 

La'Travious B. Rutledge

La'Travious B. Rutledge is a native of Alexander City, AL.  Born in 1988, Mr. Rutledge grew up in the country.  In 2006, 2008, 2015 Mr. Rutledge graduated from Benjamin Russell High School, Central Alabama Community College, and Everest Institute respectively.  Mr. Rutledge first joined the Clower Family in 2015 and later departed for another opportunity.  Mr. Rutledge returned in February 2020, as the executive administrative assistant.  As of February 2021, Mr. Rutledge became the Business Manager and operates three clinic throughout Georgia.  Mr. Rutledge is responsible for Operations; Billing; Employee Affairs; Safety; Profit; Collections;  and other duties as related to the business needs.   Mr. Rutledge enjoys music, cooking, games, fashion, and has several other hobbies including the passion for travel.  Mr. Rutledge also tutors children, ages 8 - 14 yrs old when available.

Naomi Mayhue,

Sr. Office Clerk

Ms. Mayhue has been employed with Clower Orthodontics since 2014.  She is our most senior office clerk employee at the company.  Ms. Mayhue handles all commercial insurance cases as well as billing issues.  She is the supervisor of Office Clerks & Externs.  Ms. Mayhue has three children. 

Adriana Pineda Mendoza,

Jr. Office Clerk

Ms. Pineda has been employed with Clower Orthodontics since 2022.  She speaks bilingual.  She handle all state support insurance cases as well as schedule consultations.  Ms. Pineda is responsible for Prior Authorization Submissions & ADA forms.  Ms. Mendoza has two children. 

Vycturea Paul,

Records Specialist

Ms. Paul has been employed with Clower Orthodontics over 14 years.  She left the company in 2021 to pursue other endeavors.  She recently returned to us in 2023.  Ms. Paul is responsible for Cephalometric X-Rays, Panorex X-Rays, Photos, Impressions, and other duties assigned to her by her supervisor.  Ms. Paul has three children. 

Chandler Clower,

Dental Assistant

Mr. Clower has been employed with Clower Orthodontics since 2018.  Mr. Clower is the son of Dr. Thomas B. Clower.  He is well trained at both Dental Assistant and Records Specialist.  Mr. Clower also handles the supply order for our clinics.  Mr. Clower also enjoy many things as Dr. Clower.  Mr. Clower is engaged to be married later this year. 

Donyetta Bottoms,

Dental Assistant

Mrs. Bottoms has been with Dr. Clower for over 20 years.  Mrs. Bottoms is an exceptional assistant and has worked many independent contractor jobs for other orthodontist in the area.  Ms. Bottoms has one child and a husband.
